For 30 years WICOM is your competent partner concerning consumables, spare parts and service like maintenance or qualifying in the GC and HPLC sector.

One more important part of our business is the trading of used HPLC- and GC-modules.

We always keep an eye on the market and we know were to buy cheap modules that are of any interest for our customer. Independent from manufacturer or label you can find anything in our shop what will be enrichment for your lab: Agilent, Hitachi, waters, to mention only a few!

How do we operate? We buy modules out of insolvencies, lab closures or rearrangements. It can be a single isocratic pump, a fluorescence detector, a complete system or a GC-FID. Our engineers examine all systems and we buy all first, not just since a customer wants to buy it. We are into the market and we know the demand of our clients!

All systems are maintenance and refurbished in our own workshop by our skilled technicians. You don´t have a long latency, we only offer what is in stock. In case a module is sold out we will look for a comparable substitute.

Because of our in-house production of spare parts we are able to supply systems that are out of the support at the manufacturer for a long time, e.g. Hewlett-Packard HP1050 or HP1090: we offer deuterium- or xenonlamps, plungers, seals or valves. Every part will be checked and replaced if necessary.

A HP 5890 with defective mainboard? No problem, we can get the right part. If there is any need, we can rebuild one working system out of two defective ones. A defective autosampler or a missing sampletray? We find a remedy!

You are not able to spent lots of money for a new HPLC-system? We always have some complete systems in stock, like Agilent 1100, waters Alliance or Hitachi LaChrom or Lichrograph. Of course we also offer common GCs, for example Agilent 6890 with FID.

You only need new software to control your system? We offer programs like Waters Empower or Agilent ChemStation for a very reasonable price, with optional PC or license codes (bounded offer).

You need an update, for example a firmware update of you Agilent 1100 LC-modules. Just give us a call. We will help you, either in your lab or in our workshop.

Of course you can send us you defective modules for any repair or to exchange with another module. You can always offer modules for purchase!

By the way, we do not only offer GC or HPLC-systems, just asked for magnetic stirrers with or without heating, gas-generators or compressors.
